The package is small by modern standards, usually a few tens of megabytes, because most of the lobby loads from the web at runtime and the download is mainly a shell: the window, the notification plumbing, the icon and a thin update check. The permission prompts, one at a time

• Storage or photos. For deposit screenshots and verification uploads. Reasonable, and grantable when needed rather than up front.
• Notifications. Optional. Grant it for result alerts, decline it if you would rather not be prompted to come back.
• Camera. Only needed for document capture during verification. Being asked before you have started verification is odd enough to pause on.
• Contacts. Not needed for anything the lobby does; the referral feature works with a copied code. Decline it.
• Location. Not needed for play. Decline it.

Install errors, and what each one means

It installs and crashes on open. Typically a low-memory device with too much running. Restart and try once with everything else closed. Repeated crashes on a budget handset are a real reason to stay in the browser.

Modified builds, and why they are the real danger

Search results in this category fill up with "Jalwa mod apk", "unlimited money" builds and prediction tools claiming to read the next result. Every one is a repackaged application with something added, and what is added is credential theft, one-time-code interception or a background dialler. Two reasons to take that seriously: the phone you are being asked to compromise also holds your banking app, and the promise itself is impossible.
